A reminder of the importance of being present in every moment. I have noticed that a tend among all great talents of time, whether they be for good or evil, whether in art, music, science, politics, or religion... there is but one common factor- a profound, and consistent experience in the present time- the ability to perceive everything around them in every moment- a keen sense of sight, smell, touch, taste, and sound, that can only be gained from truly being there to experience every moment. The body remembers everything it was present for, everything it truly experienced and was there, truly paying attention to... and it builds on this experience. Suddenly, the renaissance human is born. Suddenly, the psychic appears. Suddenly, the "spiritual master" manifests. The sole difference between turmoil and success, is presence. And the best part of this? Presence requires no effort of mind. You just have to be there.
